Delivery and Shipping RTA Cabinets

• We offer free shipping on orders over $3000. Discount applied at checkout

•RTA Estimated Delivery: Order are processed within hours. Cabinets are shipped within 5-7 business days. 10-15 business days final delivery based on your location. (Backorders and modification orders are exempt from normal lead times)

• RTA cabinets arrive flat-packed, ready for assembly.

• Assembled Estimated Delivery: 20-25 business days delivered based on availability. Order processed within hours. Factory ship time is up to 20 business day.

• Modifications to assembled cabinets adds up to 10 business days to total delivery time. Modifications are available for assembled cabinets only.

• Most orders will be shipped on a pallet via an LTL (Less than Truckload) carrier. Some smaller items may ship through a small parcel carrier.

• If your order is received damaged, please notate any damages with the freight company on the delivery receipt when accepting the delivery and take photos of the damaged items. Most importantly, do not refuse the shipment. Submit a claim with the photos of the damages immediately. We will review and replace damaged pieces promptly.
