Delivery and Shipping for Assembled Cabinets
• We offer free shipping on orders over $3000. Use Discount Code FreeShipping at checkout.
• Certain items like moulding and pantry cabinets incur higher shipping costs. If you order a few pieces of moulding you will find there is a higher cost. If you have a larger order these costs are mitigated. For this reason, we suggest you order a little more than you need for mouldings and longer items.
•Assembled Estimated Delivery: 12-21 Business days delivered based on availability. Order processed within 24 hours. Factory ship up to 10 business days, often less.
• Transit time to your location can vary from 1-6 business days depending on your location and the services required at delivery. (Backorders and modification orders are exempt from normal lead times.)
• Modifications to cabinets can add up to 10 business days to total delivery time. If requiring modifications please allow ample time for manufacturing and shipping.
• Most orders will be shipped on a pallet via an LTL (Less than Truckload) carrier. Some smaller items may ship through a small parcel carrier.
• If your order is received damaged, please notate any damages with the freight company on the delivery receipt when accepting the delivery and take photos of the damaged items. Most importantly, do not refuse the shipment. Submit a claim with the photos of the damages or send them immediately to support@hopewellcabinets.com . We will review and replace damaged pieces promptly.
