Expert Advice
Our Designers know a remodel can be stressful. That is why they are ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your design and our products. Connecting with a designer is an important step in the process. Your designer will contact you at a time of your choosing to discuss your project. Designers can work with you over email or phone at your convenience. Once you provide your designer with the details and measurements for your project, they will start a design that works for your timeframe, goals, home, and budget. Initial designs are created within 24-48 hours, and delivered to your inbox.
Initial Design
Your designer will provide you with high-quality 3D renderings, Layouts, and Elevations delivered to your inbox. We use state-of-the-art CAD software for photo-realistic renderings to give you an accurate sense of your new space. Your designer can suggest recommendations that help you maximize your living space. They will help you explore finishes based on your style preferences and budget. They can also provide critical call-outs for appliances and plumbing to make sure your installation runs smoothly and efficiently. All designs include a quote in the cabinet of your choosing. If you are ready to order cabinets your designer can help you fill your cart online or place your order over the phone.
Revisions
It is rare for a client to have a perfect design without revisions. After reviewing your initial design your designer can revise as many times as necessary to hone in on perfection. Your designer will work with you every step of the way until you meet all design goals. Initial designs include a quote in the cabinet of your choosing. Want to see a design or quote in a different style? No problem! Like your initial design, multiple quotes and designs are provided free of charge. Each revision is provided within 24-48 hours. Once you land on a design you love within your budget, you can make your purchase with confidence. Your designer can provide a quote and help you fill your cart online or place your order over the phone.
I Have a Completed Design and Want a Quote
If your design is complete and you would like a quote, upload it to our Contact page and we will provide a quote within 24 hours. Cabinet retailers online are selling many of the same products, often sold under different names or SKUs. Many offer gimmicky sales with countdown clocks to force urgency on their customers. They use tricky math to obfuscate their prices and confuse their customers on actual savings. If you can find a lower price tell us! We will beat any quote for identical products by 5% guaranteed.

Designs and revisions are absolutely free with no obligation to make a purchase.

To assist our designers in helping you layout your kitchen, it is helpful for them to reference an architectural plan, CAD model, previous design plans or quotes. If you do not have this information, simply filling out our measure form is often enough to help our designer get started. Ceiling Height, Wall Lengths, Distance to opening trim (windows and doors) are most important. One of our designers can talk you through the process if you need help. Contact US

It is recommended that you begin working with a designer between two weeks and two months before your project is scheduled to begin. This will give your designer enough time to provide you a layout as well as account for lead time in shipping your cabinets.

You can speed up the design process by reviewing the cabinet lines we offer and having a sense of which lines interest you. Ordering sample doors in advance can assist with this selection. Also, it is helpful to provide your designer with either a architectural plan, CAD model, previous design plans or quotes ahead of the design process. If this is not available, measuring and filling out a design form is a great start.
We also recommend creating a list of the things you like about your current space as well as things you don’t like. In addition, it’s helpful to share your “pain” points, project goals, and wish list with your designer.
Although it’s not required, our designers LOVE getting links or photos of spaces you like and any other inspiration you have! Be prepared to share your Instagram, Pinterest, and Houzz folders if you have them.

What your designer will tell you is that costs are based on several factors involving both cabinetry and the overall project. Cabinetry prices are determined by the number of cabinets in a project, the size of each cabinet, door style, finish (e.g. paint or stain), and wood species. Storage accessories placed within your cabinetry can also elevate the cost of a project.
Cabinet lines also vary in pricing. Assembled cabinets cost more than RTA. Switching to RTA is great way to save money with “sweat equity” (And there is not that much sweat in assembling cabinets!) Your designer will explain the options available in each cabinet line, and present options that look beautiful, achieve your design goals, and stay within your budget. Cabinet lines vary in cost due to construction techniques, the variety and complexity of finishes, the number of door styles available, the variety of species offered, and production technology. You can request a quote at any time during the design process.

RTA stands for Ready To Assemble. These cabinets are flat packed and shipped unassembled in boxes. Assembled cabinets are, well, assembled. Buying your cabinets RTA is a great way to save money on your project. Assembly videos and instructions are available. It is not difficult to assemble cabinets even for beginners. It typically takes 15-30 minutes for each cabinet and the process goes faster once you have done a few.
